摘要
“双一流”建设高校的使命是为国家培养、输送一流人才,旨在鼓励毕业生投身重点单位就业。基于各C9高校2019-2021年间的毕业生就业质量报告等相关材料,分析“双一流”建设高校毕业生到重点行业、关键领域就业现状与引导举措,并从组织先行、制度保障、培养贯通、品牌续力、反馈评价、全员参与等六个维度整体建构高校就业引导机制:以完善的组织领导、制度体系为基础,以开展各项就业引导活动、贯通培养过程为核心内容,通过形成持续的品牌特色、大数据反馈,联动全员力量。
To train and transport first-class talents for the country is the mission of"Double first-class"colleges and universities.Colleges and universities have taken active actions to encourage graduates to pursue careers in key fields.Based on 2019-2021 graduates employment quality reports of C9 League and other related materials,analysis of construction of"double top"college graduates to key industries,key employment situation and guide action,from the and safeguards of organization and leading,system,culture penetration,brand follow-up force,feedback and evaluation,participation and six dimensions such as the overall construction of university employment guidance mechanism:Based on the perfect organizational leadership and institutional system,to carry out various employment guidance activities,through the training process as the core content,through the formation of continuous brand characteristics,big data feedback,linkage of all staff strength.
