摘要
鸡胚的发育过程分为早期胚胎发育和孵化过程中的发育,主要受到母体环境和孵化环境中多种因素调控。表观遗传是环境和基因互作的结果,指在DNA序列不变的条件下,基因功能发生可遗传的变化最终导致表型的变化。因此,母体环境和孵化环境等因素都可以通过表观遗传调控机制影响鸡胚发育。文章介绍了鸡胚发育的基本过程,总结了可能影响其发育的环境因素,并重点阐述了鸡胚发育过程中的表观遗传调控机制,为改善鸡胚生长发育提供参考。
The developmental process of chicken embryo is divided into early embryo development and development during incubation,which is regulated by multiple factors,mainly in the maternal environment and the incubation environment.Epigenetic inheritance is the result of interaction between the environment and genes,defined as the study of heritable changes in gene function that ultimately lead to changes in phenotype,while the DNA sequence remains unchanged.Thus,factors such as the maternal environment and the hatching environment can affect chicken embryo development through epigenetic regulatory mechanisms.In this paper,the basic process of chicken embryo development was introduced,the environmental factors that might affect its development were summarized,and the epigenetic mechanisms that regulated chicken embryo development were mainly discussed,aiming to provide an important reference for improving chicken embryo growth and development.
