摘要 中式面点是餐饮市场中的重要组成部分。中式面点制品除了能为人体提供必须的营养物质外,也能为人们带来物质和精神上的双重享受。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的需求也变得越来越多元化,人们对中式面点制品的要求也越来越高,因此如何创新和发展中式面点是迫切需要思考的问题。本文在明确中式面点定义和作用的基础上,分析中式面点制品在市场上的发展现状,探索中式面点制品完善和创新的举措,旨在促进我国餐饮行业中中式面点的发展。 Chinese pastry is an important part of the catering market.Chinese pastry products can not only provide necessary nutrients for the human body,but also bring people both material and spiritual enjoyment.With the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s needs are becoming more and more diversified,and people’s requirements for Chinese pastry products are also getting higher and higher.Therefore,how to innovate and develop Chinese pastry products is an urgent issue to be considered.This paper analyzes the development status of Chinese type pastry products in the market,and explores the improvement and innovation measures of Chinese type pastry products,in order to promote the development of Chinese type pastry products in Chinese catering industry.
