摘要
为完善现代酿酒技术体系,提升酿酒效率、白酒品质,还应将传统酿造理念融入酿酒体系中,促进现代酿酒工艺的不断改善。因此,本文结合白酒酿造经典理念的相关概念,对现代酿酒技术中渗透白酒酿造理念的必要性展开分析,论述了白酒酿造经典理念在现代酿酒技术中的实用功能、具体应用,借此通过传统酿酒工艺、现代酿酒技术的相互渗透,促进我国白酒行业的可持续发展。
In order to improve the modern brewing technology system, enhance the brewing efficiency and Baijiu quality, we should also integrate the traditional brewing concept into the brewing system, and promote the continuous improvement of modern brewing technology. Therefore, this paper analyzes the necessity of infiltrating the concept of Baijiu brewing into modern brewing technology by combining the relevant concepts of the classic concept of Baijiu brewing. The practical function and specific application of the classic concept of Baijiu brewing in modern brewing technology were discussed in detail, so as to promote the sustainable development of Baijiu industry in China through the mutual penetration of traditional brewing technology and modern brewing technology.
