摘要
恶性肿瘤作为全球第二大死因,其发病率和致死率逐渐上升,已成为严重威胁人类健康的重大问题。自噬是一个关键的细胞过程,对细胞的生长调节和体内平衡至关重要。近年来,大量研究表明自噬除了在正常生理中发挥作用外,还在恶性肿瘤等病理过程中发挥作用。本文就近年来自噬在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一简要综述,以期为深入研究自噬在恶性肿瘤代谢中的作用机制及治疗提供新思路。
As the second leading cause of death in the world,malignant tumor has become a serious threat to human health with its increasing incidence and fatality rate.Autophagy is a key cellular process that is essential for cell growth regulation and homeostasis.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that autophagy plays a role in pathological processes such as malignant tumors in addition to normal physiology.In this paper,the research progress of autophagy in malignant tumor in recent years is reviewed in order to provide new ideas for further study of the mechanism of auto phagy in malignant tumor metabolism and treatment.
