基于ERGM的应用基础研究合作网络演化机制研究

摘要 在日趋激烈的国际科技竞争中,提升应用基础研究能力是推动经济结构战略性调整与产业升级中的关键一环,但现有研究较少。本文以中国知网(CNKI)收录的国家自然科学基金发文数据为基础,运用社会网络分析方法与ERGM模型,从网络结构、互惠关系、学者属性等三个维度探寻了应用基础研究合作网络演化机制。研究表明:网络结构存在传递性与择优连接机制;互惠关系中地域影响最为重要,学科壁垒、“以老带新”模式的影响在减弱;学者属性中高产学者有更多的合作机会,有国家重点实验室经历的学者合作积极性仍有一定提升空间。 In the increasingly fierce international science and technology competition,enhancing the capability of applied basic research is key to promoting the strategic adjustment of economic structure and industrial upgrading.However,existing research is scant.Based on the data of the National Natural Science Foundation included in CNKI,this paper applies social network analysis and ERGM model to explore the evolution mechanism of applied basic research cooperation in terms of network structure,reciprocal relationship and scholar attribute.The research findings show that the network has transitivity and preferential connection mechanism.The geographical factor is the most significant in the reciprocal relationship,and the influence of discipline barriers and the“apprentice system”model is weakening;Among the scholar attributes,high-yielding scholars have more opportunities for cooperation,nevertheless,the enthusiasm of scholars with experience in national key laboratories still has room for improvement.
