摘要
世界的和平发展需要确定性,复兴的中华民族需要确定性。“两个确立”和“两个维护”就是给不确定的世界贡献确定性,给实现中华民族伟大复兴提供确定性。“两个确立”具有决定性意义,是做到“两个维护”的科学依据和政治前提;“两个维护”能够增强凝聚力、复兴力,是对“两个确立”的政治认同和行为支撑。在深刻认识“两个确立”内在道理学理哲理的基础上,全党全社会要在政治规矩与民心所向共鸣中做到“两个维护”,在“两个确立”与“两个维护”的知行合一中落实党的二十大精神,为推进中国式现代化和实现中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强的政治保证。
The peaceful development of the world needs certainty, and the rejuvenating Chinese nation needs certainty as well. The “Two Establishes” and “Two Upholds” contribute certainty to the uncertain world and to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The “Two Establishes” is of decisive significance and is the scientific basis and political prerequisite for achieving the “Two Upholds”;The “Two Upholds” can enhance cohesion and rejuvenation, and is the political recognition and behavioral support for the “Two Establishes”. On the basis of a deep understanding of the internal principles, theories and philosophies of “Two Establishes”, the whole Party and society should achieve “Two Upholds” in the resonance of political rules and public inclination. They also should implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress in the unity of knowledge and practice of “Two Establishes” and “Two Upholds”. Moreover, they should provide a strong political guarantee for promoting Chinese path to modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
