摘要 为了研究露天台阶爆破岩石块度在炮孔近区的分布规律,更好地预测爆破块度,提出一种基于应变率变化的爆破块度预测模型,从理论上分析了炮孔近区应变率的变化规律,结合炮孔近区块度的分布函数,推导了应变率-块度的分布模型。该模型充分考虑了炸药性能、岩石力学性质及岩体结构对爆破块度的影响。针对现场爆破效果,采用对爆堆不同开挖面进行拍照分析的手段,得到实际的块度分布曲线。通过验证分析得知,基于应变率变化的块度预测模型F50~F80的平均误差为12.5%,能够较为准确地预测爆破块度。 In order to study the distribution pattern of rock fragmentation in the near area of the blast hole and to better predict the fragmentation of blasting, a prediction model of blasting fragmentation based on the change of strain rate is proposed. From the analysis to this model, the impact of explosive performance, rock mechanical properties and rock mass structure on the blasting block is fully considered. According to the on-site blasting effect, the method of analyzing the excavation surface of different blasting piles is adopted to obtain the specific distribution curve of the fragmentation. Through verification and analysis, it is known that the average performance of the block size prediction F50-F80 is 12.5%, which can accurately predict the block size.
