摘要
近年来多种药对及其有效成分广泛应用于结直肠癌的治疗并取得显著的疗效。通过查阅已发表文献分析研究,发现益气扶正、清热解毒类药对等如黄芪-皂角刺、人参-茯苓、黄芪-白术、白花蛇舌草-半枝莲等药对临床应用广泛,基础研究主要侧重抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡和调节细胞周期等方面。未来药对基础研究应贴合中医药基础理论,结合各种组学技术,挖掘结直肠癌证型的发病机制,诠释不同药对配伍增效减毒治疗结直肠癌的相关靶点和潜在作用机制。
Increasing drug pairs and their active ingredients have been widely used in the treatment of colorectal cancer and achieved remarkable results in curative effects in recent years.Through consulting the published literature analysis and research,it is found that Yiqi Fuzheng,Qingre Jiedu drug pairs such as Astragalus membranaceus-Gleditsia sinensis,Ginseng-Poriacocos,Astragalus membranaceus-Atractylodesmacrocephala,Hedyotisdiffusa-Scutellariabarbata are widely used in clinical practice.Basic research focuses on inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,promoting tumor cell apoptosis and regulating the cell cycle.In the future,the basic research of drug pairs should be combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with various omics techniques to explore the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer syndromes,and to interpret the related targets and potential mechanisms of different drug pairs in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
