摘要
通行的邓珍本《金匮要略》妇人妊娠病篇末“妇人伤胎”条,长期以来多被解读为伤胎证并加以阐发,然而不论是在《金匮要略》吴迁本还是其他中医古籍如《脉经》《金匮玉函经》《千金翼方》中,这一条文都写作“妇人伤寒”。经过文献考证,可以确定“妇人伤寒”才是这一条文的原貌,且该条文是宋臣整理时从他书中搜集并附列的,《金匮要略》并无伤胎一证。
Deng Zhen edition,a popular version of Synopsis of Golden Chamber,contains the clause"Fetus Hurt of Women".This clause is usually interpreted as fetus hurt.But it is written as"febrile disease of Women"in the Wu Qian edition,Mai Jing,Jin Gui Yu Han Jing,and Qian Jin Yi Fang.After textual research,it can be find that"febrile disease of Women"is the original content of this clause.This clause was extracted from other medical books by Song Dynasty officials.There is no fetus hurt in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.
