基于变频冷水机组的低谐波滤波器应用比较

摘要 针对变频冷水机组低谐波的设计要求,介绍利用滤波器抑制谐波的方法,对比有源滤波器和无源滤波器的工作原理、性能特点和应用成本,并通过测试比较两者的谐波抑制能力。结果表明,有源滤波器具有良好的动态抑制谐波能力,在大电流应用和多压缩机机组应用中成本适中,符合低谐波的设计要求。 Aiming at the low harmonic design requirement of frequency conversion water chiller, the measures for harmonic suppression using harmonic filter are introduced. The working principle, performance characteristics and application cost are compared between active harmonic filter and passive harmonic filter, and their harmonic suppression abilities are compared by test. The results show that the active harmonic filter has better ability for harmonic suppression, and it has suitable cost applied to big current and multiple compressors’ water chiller, which meets low harmonic design requirement.
