摘要
在倡导全民创新时代,非传统创新——越轨创新,因其非合法性和亲组织性相结合的矛盾属性,引起学者关注。通过梳理员工越轨创新研究成果,探讨越轨创新的来源以及学者对其概念的界定,归纳越轨创新行为的测量方法,分析越轨创新行为的作用机制具体包括前因变量与结果变量,提出对管理者的启示并进行了研究展望。
In the era of advocating national innovation,non-traditional innovation——deviant-innovation has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad because of its contradictory nature of combination of illegality and proorganization.By reviewing the research results on employees’deviant innovation at home and abroad,this paper briefly describes the sources of deviant innovation and the definition of its concept by scholars in different countries,summarizes the measurement methods of deviant innovation behavior,and analyzes the action mechanism of deviant innovation behavior,including antecedent variables and outcome variables.Finally,on the basis of the previous summary,puts forward the inspiration for managers and the prospect of future research.
