摘要
为实现快速装车要求,本文针对马头洗选厂精煤装车提出一种多设备集中控制方案,从硬件设备选型、软件设计、视频监控设计、控制逻辑等方面对系统进行了介绍,通过精煤装车集控系统改造,不仅提高了人员和设备的安全性,还有效提高了装车速度,减少了装车人员,具有良好的经济效益。
In order to realize the requirements of rapid loading,this paper proposes a multi-equipment centralized control scheme for the fine coal loading of Matou Coal Preparation Plant,and introduces the system from the aspects of hardware equipment selection,software design,video surveillance design and control logic.Through the reform of centralized control system for the fine coal loading,it not only improves the safety of personnel and equipment,but also effectively improves the loading speed,reduces the loading personnel,and has good economic benefits.
