摘要
随着我国教育现代化进程的不断推进,构建服务全民的终身教育体系成为了我国教育的重要战略任务之一。社区教育是构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会的重要力量。社区学习共同体作为具有自由平等、灵活开放、互助共享等特点的非正式学习群体,是社区教育发展的新路径。但是,现阶段社区学习共同体的培育过程中仍存在社会意识薄弱、外部管理机制不健全、活动资源匮乏、核心人物能力有限等诸多问题,需要通过提高社会意识、健全外部管理机制、加大资源支持、加强核心人物培训等促进社区学习共同体健康成长。
With the continuous promotion of China’s education modernization process,building a lifelong education system that serves all people has become one of the important strategic tasks of China’s education.Community education is an important force in building a lifelong education system and a learning society.Community-based learning community,as informal learning groups with the characteristics of freedom and equality,flexibility and openness,mutual support and sharing,are a new path for the development of community education.However,at the present stage,there are still many problems in the cultivation of community-based learning community,such as weak social awareness,unsound external management mechanism,lack of activity resources,and limited ability of core figures.It is necessary to promote the healthy growth of community learning communities by improving social awareness,sound external management mechanism,increasing resource support,and strengthening the training of core figures.
