摘要
本文通过1例妊娠合并精神障碍成功干预案例,总结管理经验并分析存在的问题。应建立社会各部门协同管理机制,加强孕前保健和孕产期健康管理,重点关注基础疾病的持续治疗,建立社会支持体系,共同保障特殊孕产妇健康和母婴安全。
Through a successful intervention case of pregnancy with mental disorders,this paper summarized the management experience and analyzed the existing problems.It is necessary to establish social departments coordinated management mechanism,strengthen per-pregnancy care and maternal health management,focus on continuous treatment of basic diseases,and establish a social support system to guarantee the special maternal health and maternal and child safety.
