摘要
天然橡胶科技合作是中国和老挝国际合作的重要项目之一。为在橡胶加工领域深入开展合作,中国在老挝建设老挝橡胶产业研究院橡胶及农产品检验检疫平台。文章从橡胶及农产品检验检疫平台建设和人才培养两方面介绍了橡胶及农产品检验检疫平台取得的成效,并从制订《老挝天然橡胶产业标准化体系》、开展橡胶产业技术研发与推广和老挝国家农林部的橡胶及农产品出口检验检疫、承接实施中国科技“走出去”工作4个方面对其应用前景提出展望,为落实澜湄框架下的中国-老挝天然橡胶产业长期合作奠定坚实基础。
Scientific and technological cooperation of natural rubber is one of the important project of international cooperation between China and Laos. In order to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of rubber processing, China built the rubber and agricultural products inspection and quarantine platform of the Lao Rubber Industry Research Institute in Laos. This paper introduced the achievements of rubber and agricultural products inspection and quarantine platform from two aspects:laboratory construction and personnel training. Furthermore, the application were prospected from the Laos natural rubber industry standardization system, the development of rubber industry technology research and promotion, to carry out the Laos national ministry of agriculture and forestry rubber and agricultural export inspection and quarantine and undertake the implementation of China’s “going out” of science and technology work. This lay a solid foundation for a long-term cooperation of China-Laos natural rubber industry cooperation under the framework of Lancang-Mekong Cooperation.
