摘要
排烟温度是柴油机运行工况的一个重要监控参数,某海上平台柴油发电机在运行过程中,柴油机出现多个气缸排烟温度升高、排烟温度偏差大和冒黑烟等故障,根据柴油机工作原理、结构和燃油系统组成对故障原因进行分析,通过对喷油器、高压油泵、气缸盖等部件的检查,最终确定引起柴油机排烟温度异常故障的根本原因为燃油品质变差所致,因燃油系统进入大量固体颗粒,导致喷油器、高压油泵出现异常磨损,进排气阀关闭不严等问题,造成排烟温度升高,同时根据平台燃油系统的组成,提出了改善燃油质量的措施与对策。
Exhaust gas temperature is an important monitoring parameter for the operating conditions of four stroke diesel engine. During the operation of a crude oil generator on an offshore platform, there are faults such as increased exhaust gas temperature of multiple cylinders, large deviation of exhaust gas temperature and black smoke. The fault causes are analyzed according to the working principle, structure and composition of fuel system of diesel engine. Through the inspection of fuel injector, high-pressure oil pump, cylinder head and other components, Finally, it is determined that the root cause of abnormal exhaust temperature of diesel engine is the deterioration of fuel quality. Due to the entry of a large number of solid particles into the fuel system, the fuel injector and high-pressure oil pump are abnormally worn, and the intake and exhaust valves are not tightly closed, resulting in the increase of exhaust temperature. At the same time, according to the composition of the platform fuel system, the measures and Countermeasures to improve fuel quality are put forward.
