摘要
在人们健康意识不断提高的现代社会,电动按摩椅作为一种便捷的居家按摩保健的器具受到人们的推崇。传统电动按摩椅控制系统多采用主板与机芯板分别控制的硬件电路设计方式。所使用的处理器芯片引脚较少,数据处理能力差,且主板与机芯分别控制的方式也造成控制指令的延迟,使得整体舒适型降低。以引脚数多、数据处理能力强的STM32微处理器为控制中心,设计了电动按摩椅的控制系统硬件电路,能够实现目前市面上大多数电动按摩椅需要的揉捏、捶打、行走、气泵及推杆控制等功能。并对机芯上的揉捏、捶打及行走功能与传统分离式控制的方式进行对比测试,控制指令的延迟时间减少了50%左右,实现了舒适性的提升。在提升舒适性的同时,其丰富的板载资源可用于后续蓝牙、语音、触摸屏、WiFi等功能的拓展,符合当下智能家居的设计趋势。
In the modern society with the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness, electric massage chair, as a convenient home massage and health care appliance, is highly praised by people. The traditional electric massage chair control system mostly adopts the hardware circuit design method that the main board and the movement board are controlled separately. The processor chip used has fewer pins,and the data processing capability is poor, and the separate control method of the main board and the movement also causes the delay of the control command, which reduces the overall comfort. The STM32 microprocessor with a large number of pins and strong data processing capability was used as the control center, and the control system hardware circuit of the electric massage chair was designed, which could realize the kneading, beating, walking, air pump and push rod control and other functions which required by most electric massage chairs on the market. The kneading, beating and walking functions on the movement board were compared with the traditional separate control method,the delay time of the control command was reduced by about 50%, and the comfort was improved. While improving comfort, its rich onboard resources could be used for subsequent expansion of functions such as bluetooth, voice, touch screen, WiFi, etc., in line with the current design trend of smart homes.
