摘要
针对以电子文档为载体的工程数据表这类具有代表性的数字化资源面向技术数据跨领域高效共享、重用所存在的数据检索困难和调用不便等问题,通过对其问题原因的分析总结,提出了以数据协同为目标开展数字化资源建设而解决此问题的新理念。研究了在数据协同目标下集数据的“建、储、管”为一体而实现工程数据表数字化资源建设的理论和方法,将工程数据表及其所含的各项数据项分别看作独立的对象,进而可针对在不同应用场景下求解工程问题所利用的表,从问题与表及其数据之间的关联关系入手,基于本体理论通过定义如元组的应用知识本体来实现对工程数据表应用知识的描述。面向智能制造时代产品研发时,满足基础性技术资源在数据层面基于知识的高效共享和自动化、智能化重用需求。研究工作可为机械工程领域基础性技术资源的数字化建设提供具有推广和借鉴价值的理论探索和方法实践。
When the representative digital resources such as engineering data tables, which take electronic documents as the carrier, face the efficient sharing and reuse of technical data across fields, there are problems such as difficulty in data retrieval and inconvenience in calling.Aiming at these problems, through the analysis and summary of the causes of the problems, a solution was put forward to carry out the construction of digital resources with the goal of data collaboration. The theory and method of engineering data table digital resource construction under the goal of data collaboration was studied, and the engineering data table and the data items contained in it were regarded as independent objects, so that the tables used in solving engineering problems in different application scenarios could be used. Based on ontology theory, the application knowledge of engineering data table was described by defining the application knowledge ontology such as tuple. In the era of intelligent manufacturing product research and development, basic technical resources at the data level based on the efficient sharing of knowledge and automation, intelligent reuse requirements. The research work can form a theoretical exploration and method practice with popularization and reference value for the digital construction of basic technical resources in mechanical engineering field.
