摘要
根据动车组端部区域隔声性能提升需求,针对内置式侧拉门和外端拉门结构,分别采用门扇内部填充结构优化和门系统密封结构优化的方法提升两种门型的隔声性能,通过试验验证了两种方法对车门隔声性能提升的有效性,为结构优化后车门结构的批量推广应用奠定基础。
According to the demand of improving sound insulation performance in the end area of EMU, the sound insulation performance of the built-in side sliding door and out sliding door structure is improved by optimizing the internal filling structure of the door leaf and the sealing structure of the door system respectively. The effectiveness of the two methods in improving the sound insulation performance of the door is verified by tests, which lays a foundation for the mass promotion and application of the door structure after structural optimization.
