摘要
世界会客厅面临着开发新老建筑共生融合化设计,解决城市核心区新老建筑物风貌融合难题;利用智能化及信息化手段,强化全过程安全控制,解决既有历史建筑物保护及增层再生等技术难题;为打造安全高效、和谐共生、智慧及可持续发展的有机更新品质化工程,形成城市核心区有机更新技术体系提供支撑。通过北外滩世界会客厅项目的出入口控制的设计实施,提出出入口系统在大型会议会展中应用的探索思路。
The world reception hall is facing the development of symbiosis and integration design of new and old buildings, and solving the problem of integration of new and old buildings in the urban core area. By using intelligent and information means, the safety control of the whole process is strengthened and the technical problems such as the protection of existing historical buildings and the regeneration of new floors are solved. It provides support for building a safe and efficient, harmonious symbiosis, intelligent and sustainable organic renewal quality project and forming an organic renewal technology system in the urban core area. Through the design and implementation of the entrance and exit control of the North Bund World Reception Hall project, the exploration idea of the application of the entrance and exit system in large-scale conferences and exhibitions is proposed.
