摘要
就业既是进城农民工群体在城市生产生活的重要支撑,也是推动其融入社会的主要动力。文章基于合肥市进城农民工群体的实地调查数据,采用结构方程模型,分析进城农民工群体的就业质量和就业感知与社会融入之间的关系。研究表明:提高进城农民工群体的就业质量与就业感知能够有效推动其社会融入;就业质量对于社会融入的直接作用强于就业感知;社区参与对农民工群体的就业质量和就业感知有着较强的间接影响。文章提出建立城乡一元劳动力市场,推进基本公共服务均等化,进一步推动进城农民工群体社会融入进程。
Employment is not only an important support for the production and life of migrant workers in the city,but also a major driving force for their social integration.Based on a field survey of migrant workers in Hefei City,a structural equation model is used to analyze the relationship between the employment quality and employment perception and the social integration of migrant workers.The following conclusions are drawn:the improvement of employment quality and employment perception of migrant workers can promote their social integration;employment quality has a stronger direct effect on social integration than employment perception;community participation has a strong indirect effect on employment quality and employment perception of migrant workers.On this basis,this paper proposes to establish the integrated urban and rural labor market,and promote the equitable access to basic public services in order to improve the social integration of migrant workers.
