摘要
步进电机是一种可以将电脉冲信号直接转化为角位移、线位移的重要执行机构,它的设备特征就是不会积累误差,精度高达100%,目前步进电机已经被广泛应用于工业生产开环控制之中。文章探讨步进电机由于柔性负载所引发的中频振动特性问题,专门提出可以抑制柔性负载中频振动的有效方法。为此建立了步进电机驱动的柔性负载简化模型,明确设计模型中的中频振动抑制逻辑,结合算例分析抑制方法,最后得出结论。
Stepper motor is an important actuator that can directly convert electrical pulses into angular displacement and linear displacement.Its equipment feature is that it does not accumulate errors and has an accuracy of up to 100%.At present,stepper motors have been widely used in industrial Production open-loop control.The paper discusses the characteristics of the intermediate frequency vibration caused by the flexible load of the stepping motor,and proposes an effective method to suppress the intermediate frequency vibration of the flexible load.For this reason,this paper establishes a simplified model of flexible load driven by stepper motor,clarifies the medium frequency vibration suppression logic in the design model,analyzes the suppression method with a numerical example,and finally draws a conclusion.
