摘要
传统方法制造设备机电一体化的控制精度与理想标准相差较大,造成了跟踪控制的误差较大,因此,提出与PLC的制造设备机电一体化控制系统设计。系统硬件部分:设计过流保护电流,保护硬件系统的安全稳定运行,设定旋变解调芯片的工作模式;系统软件部分:串口发送模块发送帧字节流数据,控制模块中使用PLC控制伺服电机,通过直流电机的转速反应控制情况,定时器模块确定系统的一次的执行时间,串口发送模块接收帧字节流数据,输出控制跟踪结果到显示屏,完成系统设计。测试结果表明:设计系统的控制精度更高,更接近于理想的标准,实际应用中可以对系统进一步改进,为制造设备机电一体化提供更加可靠的技术支持。
The control accuracy of the traditional method of manufacturing equipment mechatronics is quite different from the ideal standard,resulting in a large error in tracking control.Therefore,the design of the mechatronics control system for manufacturing equipment based on PLC is proposed.System hardware part:design overcurrent protection current,protect the safe and stable operation of the hardware system,set the working mode of resolver demodulation chip;system software part:serial port sending module sends frame byte stream data,and PLC control is used in the control module The servo motor responds to the control situation through the speed of the DC motor,the timer module determines the execution time of the system,the serial port sending module receives the frame byte stream data,and outputs the control tracking result to the display screen to complete the system design.The test results show that the control accuracy of the design system is higher and closer to the ideal standard,and the system can be further improved in practical applications,providing more reliable technical support for the mechatronics of manufacturing equipment.
