摘要
针对国能陈家港电厂660 MW超临界机组运行于深度调峰下所表现出来的系统无法适应煤种变化、升降负荷速率低和关键参数波动大等相关问题,设计了基于预测控制技术AGC协调优化控制系统,并在#1机组深度调峰工况下得到应用。结果表明,在深度调峰负荷段协调系统调节性能良好,机组各系统运行稳定,可以达到深度调峰预期的目标。
In view of the problems that the 660 MW supercritical unit of Guoneng Chenjiagang power plant operates under deep peak shaving,such as the system can not adapt to the change of coal type,low load lifting rate and large fluctuation of key parameters,the AGC coordination and optimization control system based on predictive control technology is designed and applied under the deep peak shaving condition of#1 unit.The results show that the coordination system has good regulation performance in the deep peak shaving load section,Each system of the unit operates stably and can achieve the expected goal of deep peak shaving.
