摘要 基于电磁加载稳定且可调可控等优点,提出了电磁非接触式加载高速超精密气浮电主轴性能检测方案。通过仿真和实验确定电磁力与励磁电流、加载距离、加载盘直径、主轴转速之间的关系,优化了电磁铁结构和参数,得到了满足实验要求的电磁铁。结合高精度三维力传感器、激光位移传感器、加速度传感器搭建了主轴性能检测实验平台并开展了相关实验。结果表明:动态电磁力与励磁电流成正比,与主轴转速和加载距离成反比,实验与仿真结果一致,验证了方案的可行性。 A performance inspection device for high speed and high precision aerostatic spindle is developed,in which load capacity is generated by an electromagnet because electromagnetic force is stable,adjustable and controllable. Moreover,the relationships between electromagnetic force with exciting current,loading distance,diameter of loading disk and spindle rotational speed are obtained through simulations and experiments. Moreover,the electromagnet satisfying experimental requirements is acquired by optimizing its structure and parameters. The performance inspection device also includes high-precision three-dimensional force sensors,laser displacement sensors and acceleration sensors. The experiments indicate that the dynamic force produced by electromagnet is proportional to exciting current. However it is inversely proportional to rotational speed and loading distance. The conclusions are consistent with simulations and verify that the inspection device is feasible.
