摘要
辛夷,又名木兰、紫玉兰,是我国传统中药材之一,为中国特有植物,为木兰科木兰属植物,常以干燥花蕾供药用,常用于头痛、鼻炎、鼻塞等症状。黄酮类化合物作为辛夷中最主要的活性成分之一的,本文主要综述了黄酮类化合物的提取方法,重点介绍了浸提法、超声辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、回流提取等提取方法的优缺点,我国辛夷总黄酮得提取工艺的研究概况及其生物活性研究进展,为辛夷总黄酮的进一步开发利用提供了依据。
Xinyi, also known as magnolia and purple magnolia, is one of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in China. It is a plant endemic to China and belongs to the magnolia genus of the Magnoliaceae. It is often used for medicinal purposes with dried flower buds.Flavonoids are one of the most important active ingredients in Xinyi. The extraction methods of flavonoids was mainly reviewed, focusing on the advantages and disadvantiages of extraction methods, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and reflux extraction, the research overview of the extraction process of the total flavonoids of Astragalus sinensis and the research progress on its biological activity, which provided a basis for the further development and utilization of total flavonoids of Astragalus sinensis.
