摘要
研究生联合培养基地是实现专业学位研究生创新实践能力培养的重要保障。以桂林医学院药学院为例,论述了药学院借助专业学位联合培养基地的建设,探索以求知、实践、研究为导向,寻求专业学位研究生培养的新模式,并从建设数量和质量、培养模式和高水平平台建设等方面提出了相应的对策;形成校企联合、校地联合的培养机制,通过加强校地对接合作,释放创新驱动效能,实现学校与地方经济发展双赢,以期为研究生教育改革创新提供有力支撑。
The joint training base for postgraduates is an important guarantee to realize the cultivation of innovative practice ability of professional graduate students.Taking College of Pharmacy of Guilin Medical University as an example,with the help of the construction of the professional degree joint training base,College of Pharmacy has explored a new mode of professional degree postgraduate training guided by knowledge,practice and research,and put forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the quantity and quality of construction,training mode and high-level platform construction,so as to form the training mechanism of the school-enterprise joint and school-local joint training mode.We will strengthen the school-local cooperation,release the innovation-driven efficiency,and realize the win-win development of the school and local economy,with a view to providing strong support for the reform and innovation of postgraduate education.
