摘要
易损斑块的破裂、脱落会引起急性脑血管事件,给患者的生命带来极大的威胁。无创性影像学评估是识别易损斑块的主要诊断方法之一,能够帮助临床医生为患者选择合适的药物治疗及手术干预的方式。本文就超声、CT、MRI、PET、人工智能等非侵入性影像学检查方法在颈动脉易损斑块检测中的研究进展进行综述。
The rupture and exfoliation of fragile plaques can cause acute cerebrovascular events,which pose a great threat to the patient's life.Noninvasive imaging evaluation is one of the main diagnostic methods for identifying fragile plaques and can help clinicians choose appropriate medical and surgical interventions for their patients.This article reviews the research progress of non-invasive imaging methods such as ultrasound,CT,MRI,PET,and artificial intelligence in the detection of carotid artery vulnerable plaques.
