摘要
中医药系统综述存在可信度低、缺乏科学可行性等现状,电子检索策略是问题的症结之一。本文系统介绍了电子检索策略同行评议指南的背景和意义,并对指南进行详细解读,通过检索和回顾已发表的中医药系统综述,分析当前中医药系统综述中检索策略存在的问题,并提出可实践的策略和路径,为临床和公共卫生政策的制定提供最佳证据。
Medical systematic reviews have the status of low reliability and lack of scientific feasibility. Electronic search strategies is the crux of the matter. This article systematically introduced the background and significance of peer review of electronic search strategies, and interpreted the strategies of the guidelines in detail.The article also analyzed the existing problems of search strategies in current systematic reviews in the field of TCM by retrieving and reviewing previously published systematic reviews of TCM, and proposed practice strategies and paths, in order to provide the best evidence for the formulation of clinical and public health policies.
