摘要
基于中国2008-2019年31个省市自治区的区域面板数据,采用Malmquist-Luenberger指数测度工业绿色全要素生产率,并采用区位熵指数测度制造业产业集聚水平,构建空间计量模型研究制造业集聚对工业绿色全要素生产率的溢出效应,实证结果表明:制造业集聚对工业绿色全要素生产率的增长存在显著的促进作用,受知识流动与技术溢出的影响,制造业集聚能提高企业的科技研发实力与自主创新水平,降低生产过程中的污染排放,实现绿色可持续生产。工业绿色全要素生产率存在空间相关性,提高地区科技创新水平,完善环境保护机制,合理配置产业结构均有助于工业绿色全要素生产率的增长。
Based on the regional panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2008 to 2019, the Malmquist-Luenberger index was used to measure the green total factor productivity of industry, and the location entropy index was used to measure the industrial agglomeration level of manufacturing industry. A spatial econometric model is built to study the spillover effect of manufacturing agglomeration on industrial green total factor productivity. The empirical results show that manufacturing agglomeration has a significant promoting effect on the growth of industrial green total factor productivity. Under the influence of knowledge flow and technology spillover,manufacturing agglomeration can improve enterprises’ scientific and technological research and development strength and independent innovation level, reduce pollution emissions in the production process, and realize green and sustainable production. There is a spatial correlation between industrial green total factor productivity. Raising the level of regional scientific and technological innovation,improving the environmental protection mechanism, and rationally allocating the industrial structure will contribute to the growth of industrial green total factor productivity.
