摘要
保障农畜产品质量安全,是推动整个农畜产业安全稳定发展的关键之举。随着近几年农畜产品需求量的日益增长,农畜产品生产基地也在不断发展与壮大,在此过程中,很容易受到传统思想观念等不利因素的影响,制约农畜产业的长远发展。有必要做好农畜产品质量安全检测工作,进一步监管与控制农畜产品质量,全面提升农畜产品品质。该文主要围绕农畜产品质量安全检测工作展开论述,首先说明农畜产品抽样检测技术要领,紧接着提出开展质量安全检测工作的重要性,其次分析实际检测环节所面临的问题,并给予相应的质量安全检测建议。
To ensure the quality and safety of agricultural and livestock products is the key to promote the safe and stable development of the entire agricultural and livestock industry.With the increasing demand of agricultural and livestock products in recent years,the production base of agricultural and livestock products is also developing and expanding,restrict the longterm development of agriculture and livestock industry.Based on this,it is necessary to do a good job of quality and safety testing of agricultural and livestock products,further supervision and control of the quality of agricultural and livestock products,and improve the overall quality of agricultural and livestock products.This paper mainly discusses the quality and safety testing of agricultural and livestock products,first explains the technical essentials of sampling and testing of agricultural and livestock products,then puts forward the importance of carrying out quality and safety testing,secondly,the problems faced by the actual testing link are analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions for quality and safety testing are given.
