氨纶生产中聚合工序废液回收技术探讨

Discussion on recovery technology of waste liquid from polymerization process in polyurethane fiber production

摘要 以15 kt/a氨纶生产装置为例,通过废液回收纺丝系统对聚合工序终聚废液和预聚废液进行回收、纺丝,重点探讨了预聚废液的回收方法、预聚废液制备纺丝原液的可行性,以及纺丝原液纺制半消光氨纶粗旦丝的可纺性。结果表明:终聚废液回收后可直接用于纺丝,回收预聚废液时要做好排料过程中原料比例的稳定控制及氮气保护;预聚废液在50℃环境内静置反应96 h后其异氰酸酯基团质量分数为2.55%,可用于制备纺丝原液;预聚废液经扩链反应、熟化后制备的纺丝原液含固量约35%,黏度约260 Pa·s,达到纺丝要求;将预聚废液制纺丝原液与终聚废液混合后,通过废液回收纺丝系统进行干法纺丝,纺制231 dtex/10 f和154 dtex/10 f半消光氨纶粗旦丝,断裂强度分别为1.10 cN/dtex和1.22 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率分别为586.8%和493.4%,可纺性良好,废丝率均小于5%。 Taking a 15 kt/a polyurethane fiber plant as an example,the final polymerization waste liquid and prepolymerization waste liquid in the polymerization process can be recovered and spun through a waste liquid recovery and spinning system.The recovery technology of prepolymerization waste liquid,the feasibility of preparing spinning solution from prepolymerization waste liquid,and the spinnability of spinning solution to semi-dull polyurethane coarse denier fiber were emphatically discussed.The results showed that the final polymerization waste liquid can be directly used for spinning after recovery,and the feedstock ratio should be stably controlled and the nitrogen protection should be applied in the discharge process while recovering prepolymerization waste liquid;the mass fraction of isocyanate group was 2.55%,which can be used to prepare spinning solution,when the prepolymerization waste liquid reacted at 50℃ for 96 h;the spinning solution prepared from prepolymerization waste liquid after chain extension reaction and ripening had a solid content of about 35%and a viscosity of about 260 Pa·s,meeting the spinning requirements;and the spinning solution from the prepolymerization waste liquid was mixed and dry spun with the final polymerization waste liquid through the waste liquid recovery and spinning system to produce 231 dtex/10 f and 154 dtex/10 f semi-dull polyurethane coarse denier filaments with the breaking strength of 1.10 cN/dtex and 1.22 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 586.8%and 493.4%,respectively,good spinnability and waste fiber ratio less than 5%.
