劳动素养视角下《培智学校义务教育劳动技能课程标准(2016年版)》的特征与反思 被引量:4

摘要 新时代劳动教育对培智学校学生的劳动素养提出了新要求。基于劳动素养视角,对《培智学校义务教育劳动技能课程标准(2016年版)》进行文本分析。研究发现:培智学校劳动技能课程以生活劳动能力为基础,以劳动观念为重点,以社会性发展为目标,旨在培养“自立”“自主”“自德”的劳动者。培智学校的劳动技能课程整体上朝向学生劳动素养的培养,然而,课程标准以“生活化”为基本理念,在引导学生适应生活的同时,与劳动创造美好生活的核心旨趣尚有距离。此外,受到传统文化和残疾观影响,劳动造就全面发展的人的本真意蕴有待进一步彰显。 In new era, labor education puts forward new requirements for labor literacy for students in schools for the mentally retarded students. Based on the perspective of labor literacy, the text analysis of Labor Skills Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education in Schools for Mentally Retarded Students(2016 Edition) is conducted. It finds: the labor skills curriculum of schools for mentally retarded students is based on the ability of life and labor, focusing on the concept of labor and taking social development as the objective. It aims to cultivate workers who are “independent”, “autonomous” and “self-virtuous”. On the whole, the course of labor skills in schools for the mentally retarded students is oriented to the cultivation of students’ labor literacy. However, the curriculum standards take “life” as the basic idea and guide students to adapt to life at the same time, but still have a distance from the core purpose of creating a better life through labor. In addition, under the influence of traditional culture and disability view, the true meaning of labor to make a well-developed person needs to be further demonstrated.
