摘要
采用有限元分析方法对矿用提升绞车的关键部件进行仿真分析,具体分析对象包括太阳轮轴和行星架等易出现故障的关键部件,进而获取矿用提升绞车关键部件的受力薄弱点,并以此为基础,采用MATLAB优化工具对矿用提升绞车进行优化设计,获取最佳优化方案后将优化方案应用于工程实践,检验优化方案的实用性。
By simulation analysis of the key components,especially the failure-prone ones such as sun wheel axle and planet carrier in mining hoisting winch through finite element analysis method,the paper presents the optimization designs of mining hoisting winch by MATLAB optimization tool based on the stress weakness,the optimal scheme of which is applied to engineering practice and verified.
