摘要
目的:研究成人女性鼻唇颏软组织非拔牙正畸治疗后的三维变化。方法:纳入20例完成治疗的骨性Ⅰ类或轻度Ⅱ类错[牙合]的成人女性非拔牙正畸患者,于治疗前(T0)和治疗后(T1)拍摄3dMD立体体层摄影,获得鼻唇颏软组织的3dMD数据,并将两次数据资料导入Geomagic control软件中置于同一坐标系进行测量分析。结果:非拔牙患者正畸治疗前后唇部软组织所有参考标记点都是正向变化,表现为向外突出。变化幅度由大到小排序为:STM、Li、Ls、CphR、ChL、ULP、ChR、CphL、LLP、A’,变化具有统计学意义。结论:基于3dMD face(3dMD Atlanta,Ga)立体体层摄影系统的鼻唇颏软组织三维定量分析初步证实了成人女性非拔牙正畸后鼻唇颏软组织有一定的变化趋势。
Objective:To study the changes in nose-lips-chin soft tissue of adult female patients after nonextraction orthodontic treatment.Methods:20 adult female patients with skeletal class I or mild skeletal class II malocclusion underwent the treatment were included.The 3dMD was taken before treatment(T0)and at the end of treatment(T1),and the 3D data of nose-lips-chin soft tissue were obtained and measured in the same coordinate system of Geomagic control software.Results:After nonextraction orthodontic treatment,the most landmarks in nose-lips-chin soft tissue of the adult female patients showed positive increase and the increase level of the landmarks was in the order of STM,Li,Ls,CphR,ChL,ULP,ChR,CphL,LLP and A’(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion:The 3dMD study indicates the nonextraction orthodontic treatment may result in a certain trend of change of nose-lips-chin soft tissue of adult females.
