摘要
目的:利用环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)与视觉图像系统相结合的方法对变异链球菌进行定量检测,探讨其检测效果。方法:利用环介导等温扩增技术对变异链球菌进行扩增,搭建视觉图像系统实现实验结果定量测定,建立细菌浓度与实验结果的函数关系。结果:使用LAMP对2.2~2.2×10^(6)CFU/mL浓度的变异链球菌进行检测,检测下限达到2.2 CFU/mL。并使用视觉图像系统对检测结果进行采集、识别并结果进行了量化,量化的结果与细菌浓度呈良好线性关系。结论:LAMP与视觉图像系统相结合的方式可为椅旁变异链球菌的快速检测提供新途径。
Objective:To investigate the effects of the combination of loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)technology and visual system for the quantitative detection of Streptococcus mutans(S.mutans).Methods:The LAMP was used to amplify and determine S.mutans,and the visualization system was built to quantitatively determine the experimental results,and the functional relationship between bacterial concentration and results was established.Results:LAMP technology was used to detect S.mutans at 2.2 the concerntration of CFU/mL~2.2×10^(6) CFU/mL and the detection limit reached 2.2 CFU/mL.The image color displayed by the visualization system showed a good linear relationship with the bacterial concentration.Conclusion:The combination of LAMP technology and visualization system provides a new way for rapid detection of S.mutans.
