生物钟基因BMAL1调控颌骨及全身骨发育的研究进展

摘要 脑和肌肉ARNT样蛋白1(brain and muscle arntlike 1,BMAL1)基因作为昼夜生物钟的核心组成部分,在多种信号通路的介导下参与并调控体内各项生理活动。BMAL1基因的失活可以抑制软骨细胞和成骨细胞并促进破骨细胞的分化,阻碍软骨内成骨、膜内成骨及骨代谢,造成颌骨发育畸形、骨关节炎及骨质疏松等骨骼疾病。因此,笔者就BMAL1基因调控骨骼发育的研究进展作一综述,探讨其在颌骨及全身骨发育中可能发挥的作用及分子机制,以期为寻求新的防治方法提供思路。 As the core component of circadian clock, brain and muscle arnt-like protein 1 gene(BMAL1) participates in and regulates various physiological activities in vivo under the mediation of various signal pathways. The inactivation of BMAL1 gene may inhibit chondrocytes and osteoblasts, promote the differentiation of osteoclasts, hinder endochondral ossification, intramembranous ossification, and bone metabolism, and cause bone diseases such as jaw developmental malformation, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of BMAL1 gene in regulating bone development, and discusses its possible role and molecular mechanism in jaw and systemic bone development, in order to provide ideas for new prevention and treatment method.
