摘要
分析了在炉时间、炉膛温度对双相不锈钢推钢式加热炉水梁位置缺陷的影响,表明随在炉时间的延长、炉膛温度的升高,双相不锈钢水梁位置缺陷发生率随之上升。通过引入高温蠕变、高温屈服强度,解释了双相不锈钢容易发生水梁缺陷的原因,即与双相不锈钢的高温强度偏低有关。通过数值模拟得到了炉膛温度、在炉时间与双相不锈钢水梁位置缺陷发生率的关系,模拟结果基本与实际情况相符。
The effects of in furnace time and furnace temperature on the defects of water beam in pusher-type heating furnace of duplex stainless steel were statistically analyzed.The results show that the occurrence rate of defects increases with the increase of in furnace time and furnace temperature.By introducing elevated temperature creep and high temperature yield strength,the causes of water beam defects in duplex stainless steel are explained,which was related to the low high temperature strength.Through numerical simulation,the effects of furnace temperature and in furnace time on the defects of water beam in pusher heating furnace of duplex stainless steel were obtained,which was basically consistent with the actual situation.
