摘要
目的探讨缩短全身麻醉术前术后禁食禁饮时间对患者围手术期舒适度的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2021年3月我院收治的全身麻醉下行腹腔镜胆囊摘除择期手术患者200例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组予以传统禁食禁饮方法,观察组予以缩短全身麻醉术前术后禁食禁饮时间方法。比较两组口渴、咽痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组口渴程度、咽痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应总发生率为14.00%,低于对照组的59.00%(P<0.05)。结论缩短全身麻醉术前术后禁食禁饮时间可降低患者口渴、咽痛程度,降低恶心呕吐腹胀的发生率,提高围手术期患者舒适度,提升患者的就医体验。
Objective To explore the effect of shortening fasting time before and after general anesthesia on perioperative comfort of patients.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional fasting method,and the observation group was given the method of shortening the fasting time before and after general anesthesia.The degree of thirst,sore throat and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of thirst and sore throat in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.00%,which was lower than 59.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shortening the fasting time before and after general anesthesia can reduce the degree of thirst and sore throat,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the comfort of patients during perioperative period,and improve the patient's medical experience.
