摘要
目的基于可视化分析的方法对失眠患者护理的相关文献进行分析,为临床护理提供相关依据。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献库(CBM)和万方数据库中失眠症护理的相关文献,用BICOMB-2软件对作者、年份、期刊、关键词、机构等主要内容进行可视化分析,形成共现矩阵,并用Ucinet 6.0和gCluto 1.0软件绘制可视化图谱。结果共纳入2253篇文献,近12年失眠症护理发文量稳步持续增加,发文量最多的作者为钟代曲和张雅丽,发文期刊以世界睡眠医学杂志为主,江苏省论文数量最多,为241篇;研究主题主要为失眠的护理,护理干预对睡眠质量的影响,耳穴压豆及中医护理对睡眠的影响。结论初步揭示了失眠症的护理形成了对患者实施中医护理或护理干预,探讨其对睡眠质量影响的研究热点。但目前该领域研究存在地域不平衡性,需进一步加强作者跨省份、跨机构间的合作,促进我国失眠症护理研究的发展。
Objective To analyze the literature related to the nursing of insomnia patients based on the method of visual analysis,and to provide relevant basis for clinical nursing.Methods Relevant literatures on insomnia nursing in CNKI,CBM and Wanfang database were retrieved by computer.BICOMB-2 software was used to visually analyze the main contents of authors,years,journals,keywords and institutions,forming a co-occurrence matrix,and Ucinet 6.0 and gCluto 1.0 software were used to draw a visual map.Results A total of 2253 articles were included.In the past 12 years,the number of articles on insomnia nursing increased steadily and continuously.The authors with the largest number of articles were ZHONG Dai-qu and ZHANG Ya-li.The journals were mainly published in the World Journal of Sleep Medicine,and the number of articles in Jiangsu Province was 241.The main research topics were insomnia nursing,the influence of nursing intervention on sleep quality,the influence of auricular point pressing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing on sleep.Conclusion It is preliminarily revealed that the nursing of insomnia has formed a research focus on the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing or nursing intervention for patients and its influence on sleep quality.However,there is a regional imbalance in the current research in this field.It is necessary to further strengthen the author's cross-province and cross-agency cooperation to promote the development of insomnia nursing research in China.
