摘要
介绍使用莫尔法方法测定单液型酸性蚀刻液中氯含量,最佳测定的条件:在有大量NH_(4)^(+)离子存在情况下,用铬酸钾作为指示剂,K_(2)CrO_(4)浓度控制约为5.3×10^(-3)mol/L,酸度控制p H值在6.5~7.0之间。方法是加入50.0 g/L铬酸钾指示剂1.00 mL,滴加氢氧化钠溶液至溶液的颜色由深黄色变成黄色。该方法的优点是操作方便且简单、容易控制酸度在规定的范围内、测定速度快、结果符合工业生产的分析要求。缺点是需使用到价格相对比较昂贵的硝酸银试剂,同时滴定废液易造成废水中含有对环境有害的重金属银、铬元素,可以通过专门收集回收进行处理解决。
The determination of chlorine content in single liquid acid etching solution by Mohr method is introduced,and the best determination conditions:In the presence of a large amount of NH_(4)^(+)ions,using potassium chromate as indicator,the concentration of K_(2)CrO_(4)is controlled to be about 5.3×10^(-3)mol/L,the acidity is controlled between pH 6.5~7.0.The method is to add 50.0 g/L potassium chromate indicator and 1.00 mL,sodium hydroxide solution until the color of the solution changes from dark yellow to yellow.The method has the advantages of convenient and simple operation,easy control of acidity within the specified range,fast determination speed,and the results meet the requirements of industrial analysis.The disadvantage is that the relatively expensive silver nitrate reagent needs to be used,at the same time,the titration waste liquid is easy to cause that the waste water contains heavy metals silver and chromium harmful to the environment,which can be collected and recovered for treatment.
