SDBS含量对碱式氯化镁晶须的影响及其表征

摘要 以氯化镁、氨水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为原料,采用液相沉淀法,考察SDBS的含量对产物形貌及物相结构的影响。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、选区电子衍射、能谱分析等表征手段,证实添加1 mL、0.05 mol/L的SDBS后,可获得碱式氯化镁为主晶相的晶须,其直径50~100 nm,长度5~10μm。晶须表面平直光滑,为单晶结构。当SDBS添加量增大后,反而会在颗粒表面形成胶束状结构,不利于晶须的生成。对该碱式氯化镁晶须进行乙二胺水热处理,可获得自组装结构的纯相六方片状氧化镁,其形貌规则,尺寸均一,厚度约25 nm,直径约300 nm。 Using magnesium chloride,ammonia and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)as raw materials,the effects of the content of SDBS on the morphology and phase structure of the product were investigated by liquid phase precipitation method.By means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,selected area electron diffraction and energy spectrum analysis,it is confirmed that the basic magnesium chloride whisker as the main crystal phase can be obtained after adding 1 mL and 0.05 mol/L SDBS,with a diameter of 50~100 nm and a length of 5~10μm.The surface of the whisker was flat and smooth,which was a single crystal structure.When the addition amount of SDBS increases,it will form micellar structure on the particle surface,which was not conducive to the formation of whisker.The pure hexagonal flake magnesium oxide with self-assembled structure can be obtained by ethylenediamine hydrothermal treatment of the basic magnesium chloride whisker.It has regular morphology and uniform size.Its thickness was about 25 nm and the diameter was about 300 nm.
