摘要
以某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液处理站为例,采用“UASB+MBR(二级A/O+外置式UF)+NF+RO+DTRO”工艺处理渗滤液,并对其工艺流程、主要设计参数和实际运行效果进行介绍。系统运行稳定后,出水可达《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923-2005)敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水、《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)城市绿化用水标准。
This article took the leachate treatment of waste incineration plant as an example, process of “UASB+MBR(two-stage AO+external ultrafiltration)+NF+RO+DTRO” is adopted for the leachate treatment project. Process flow, main design parameters and actual operation effect are introduced in this paper. The effluent meets the water quality standard of open circulating cooling water in table 1 of 《The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses》(GB/T19923-2005) and urban greening water standard of《The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption》(GB/T18920-2002) after the system operates stably.
