聚乳酸生产过程中的生态环境问题及其对策研究

摘要 聚乳酸作为一种低碳足迹、可降解塑料,有广阔的应用前景。然而其生产过程中的生态环境问题尚未可知。结合《生态设计产品评价规范第2部分:可降解塑料》(GB/T 32163.2-2015)国家标准,以江西省某新建聚乳酸生产企业为对象,从资源属性指标、能源属性指标和环境属性指标等方面分析了聚乳酸生产过程与标准的符合性。结果显示,企业单位产品综合能耗、单位产品COD排放量和水的重复利用率均能达标,但单位产品的取水量和单位产品废渣产生量未能达标。结合工艺过程分析,对企业不能达标的2个指标进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。 As a type of low carbon footprint and degradable plastic, polylactic acid has wide application prospect in national economic development. However,the ecological environment problems are still remained unknown in this material production. Based on the government standard of Specification for eco-design product assessment Part 2: Degradable plastics(GB/T 32163.2-2015), a new polylactic acid production enterprise in Jiangxi province is studied aroused from the indicators of resources attribute, energy attribute and environment attribute. The results showed that the comprehensive energy consumption, COD emissions, and water reuse rate of unit product could reach the standard. Meanwhile, the intake quantity of water and the yield of waste residues of unit product fall short of the standard. Furthermore, the reasons of this two indicators fail to the standard are revealed in depth according to the technics process analysis, and a lot of countermeasures and suggestions were also given pertinently on this base.
