摘要
子宫肌瘤是女性最常见的良性肿瘤,给患者的心理及正常生活均带来极大的负面影响。祖国医学中虽没有子宫肌瘤这一病名的记载,但根据相关症状可将其归为“崩漏”“石癥”等范畴,病因病机包括肝郁气滞、气血受损、阴阳失调、痰瘀互结等多方面,需辨证论治。中医药治疗本病的经验丰富,方式多种多样,包括内治和外治两方面,在改善患者临床症状、降低复发率、减轻药物副作用等方面均表现出独特优势。本文就子宫肌瘤的中医病因病机及中医药治疗进展进行综述,以期为防治本病提供一定的临床研究基础。
Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumors in women,which have a great negative impact on the psychology and normal life of patients.Although there is no recorded disease name of uterine fibroids in traditional Chinese medicine,according to the related symptoms,it can be classified into the categories of"uterine leiomyomal"and f,stone disease11.The etiology and pathogenesis of uterine fibroids include liver depression and qi stagnation,impaired qi and blood,imbalance of Yin and Mug,mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,etc.,which need to be treated based on syndrome differentiation.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has rich experience in treating this disease and has a variety of methods,including internal treatment and external treatment.It has shown unique advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,reducing the recurrence rate and reducing the side effects of drugs.This article reviews the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment progress of uterine fibroids in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide some clinical research basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
