羟苯磺酸钙配合硫辛酸方案对糖尿病伴肾损伤患者肾功能及糖脂代谢的影响

摘要 目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙配合硫辛酸方案对糖尿病伴肾损伤(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者肾功能及糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月在福建省南平市松溪县医院住院治疗的68例DN患者,随机(信封法)分组,对照组(n=36)采用硫辛酸,研究组(n=36)联合使用羟苯磺酸钙。比较两组的肾功能指标、糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标。结果研究组各项肾功能指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项糖代谢指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组脂代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用硫酸锌以及羟苯磺酸钙治疗DN能更为有效地保护患者的肾功能,促使患者的糖代谢指标趋于正常范围,且不会对患者的正常脂代谢产生影响。 Objective To investigate the effects of calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate with lipoic acid regimen on renal function and glucolipid metabolism in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Sixty-eight patients with DN who were hospitalized in Songxi County Hospital,Nanping City,Fujian Province from January 2021 to January 2022were selected and randomly(envelope method)grouped,with lipoic acid used in the control group(n=36);calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate was combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate in the study group(n=36).The renal function indexes,glucose metabolism indexes,and lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The renal function indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the glucose metabolism indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences of the lipid metabolism indexes in the two groups were not statistically significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of zinc sulfate and calcium dobesilate in the treatment of DN can more effectively protect the renal function of patients,promote the glucose metabolism index of patients to the normal range,and will not affect the normal lipid metabolism of patients.
