摘要
分析并探讨了正板栅合金中添加银,正极铅膏中添加四碱式硫酸铅晶种,负极有机添加剂溶解、迁移和分解,以及炭材料和氢气抑制剂的类型对高温电池性能的影响。正板栅中的银会随着循环的进行迁移并沉积到负极,降低负极的析氢电位,加速电池失水。正极铅膏中添加四碱式硫酸铅,可以将固化后铅膏内四碱式硫酸铅晶体的尺寸控制在20μm之内,提高极板的强度,减缓活性物质软化脱落。温度升高会加速负极有机含炭膨胀剂的溶解,使其迁移到正极附近被氧化。通过分析不同的炭材料对负极氢气的析出有不同的作用,优选出效果较佳的抑氢剂。
This paper analyzes and discusses the effects of adding silver to positive grid alloy,adding tetrabasic lead sulfate seed to positive paste,dissolving,migrating and decomposing of negative organic additives,and carbon materials and hydrogen inhibitor on the performance of high-temperature lead acid battery.Through the experiment and analysis,it is found that the silver in the positive grid will migrate and deposit to the negative pole with the circulation,which will reduce the hydrogen evolution potential of the negative pole and accelerate the water loss of the battery.Tetrabasic lead sulfate is added into the positive lead paste,and the size of tetrabasic lead sulfate crystal in the cured lead paste can be controlled into 20μm,so as to improve the strength of the electrode and slow down the softening and shedding of active substances.Increasing the temperature can accelerate the dissolution of the negative organic carbon-containing expansion and migrate to the positive electrode oxidized.By analyzing the different effects of different carbon materials on the precipitation of negative hydrogen,the best hydrogen suppressor was selected.
