摘要 在“双碳”背景下新能源产业迎来了新的发展机遇,储能锂离子电池工厂建设规模迅速增长,同时锂离子电池的质量要求也在不断提高,因此对工厂的建设和管理提出了更高要求。以某10 GWh产能规模的储能锂离子电池工厂为例,对储能锂离子电池工厂的工艺荷载要求、工艺净高要求、洁净度控制、温湿度控制、照度要求、工艺动力用量等方面进行分析,在规划设计阶段将各工序的工艺要点与土建工程和机电工程充分结合,为建设高品质的储能锂离子电池工厂提供一些参考。 Under the background of"dualcarbon",the new energy industry has ushered in a new period of development opportunities.Lithium ion batteries are playing an increasingly important role in the application field of energy storage batteries.The scale and area of production plants have shown a huge growth.At the same time,the quality requirements of lithium ion batteries are also constantly improving.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the construction and management of plants.Taking an energy storage lithium-ion battery factory with a capacity of 10 GWh as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis and elaboration of the process load requirements,process net height requirements,cleanliness control,temperature and humidity control,illumination requirements,process power consumption and other aspects of the energy storage lithium-ion battery factory.In the planning and design stage,it is necessary to combine the process points of each process with the civil engineering and electromechanical engineering.It provides some reference for building a high-quality energy storage lithium-ion battery factory.
