摘要 为解决土压平衡盾构机在长距离、曲线段工况下,盾构机在富水地层条件下沿曲线轨迹直接掘进穿越区间风井技术难题,以南京地铁5号线岔路口站–大校场站工程盾构机在350 m曲线段上连续掘进穿越区间风井为例,通过方案优化,制订切实可行的防渗漏水施工对策,采用合理的管片排版方式,计算精确的穿越线路模拟图,合理控制掘进参数,把控管片拼装质量等方法,安全顺利地完成盾构穿越区间风井时连续掘进施工,以期为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。 In order to solve the technical problem that the shield machine can directly drive through the interval air shaft along the curved trajectory under the condition of water-rich stratum under the condition of long distance and curved section of the earth pressure balance shield machine,the method of nanjing metro line 5 Chalukou station is used.Take the example of continuous excavation of the shield machine in the 350 m curved section of the Daxiao station project to cross the interval wind well,through the optimization of the scheme,formulate practical anti-seepage water construction countermeasures,adopt a reasonable segment layout method,and calculate the accurate crossing line simulation figure,reasonably control the excavation parameters,control the quality of the segment assembly and other methods to safely and smoothly complete the continuous excavation construction when the shield passes through the interval wind shaft,in order to provide reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
